JOOLcity PRINTING TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
JOOLcity uses DTG printing technology (Direct-to-Garment). With this technology, a printer directly applies the ink onto a product with inkjet technology. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt or hoodie. The DTG process uses eco-friendly nontoxic "water-based" inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
Due to the combination of water based inks along with the fabric density & fabric content of different products, the print opaqueness (not able to be seen through; not transparent) will vary from product to product. Because the water based ink is "absorbed" by the fabric, the resulting printed graphic will have a faded/vintage look. While we think this is a cool "lived-in" effect, it may not be ideal for you if you prefer a super opaque printed outcome on the products you wish to order.

If you would like to process an exchange or return for missing, misprinted or damaged items you've ordered with us, please contact jon@joolcity.com to confirm instructions on next steps.
You have 30 days from your original purchase date to make a claim regarding your order. If you make a claim after 30 days from your original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot proceed with offering you a return or exchange.
Returns & exchanges can only be issued if you...
- did not receive your order.
- received the wrong product.
- you received a misprinted product.
- you received damaged product.
We do not offer returns & exchanges if you...
- listed the wrong "ship-to" address on your order.
- are unhappy with the print quality on your product.
- ordered the wrong size.
- have buyer's remorse
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product you ordered must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All orders of SALE items are final.
